When you join Agate Home Care, you’ll be part of a team of experts who have been providing in-home care in the Atlanta and surrounding areas.

We believe in maintaining a healthy, supportive work environment. We have low staff turnover, which we attribute to our respect for our employees and our fair employment practices. We have a staff orientation and training program that includes:

  • One-on-one client-specific training and orientation with our director of clinical services prior to case assignment
  • A face-to-face meeting with the client prior to the start of service (when requested)
